Monika Bičiūnaitė (1910. April 28. Bauble, Panemunio Parish – 2009. Of 23 October.) – Lithuanian folk artist painter.
Born in Rokiškis region a fisherman’s family. Married to tailor rural Liongino Biciunas with her husband sewing clothes. 1945., After the birth of his son, the family settled in Pandeli. Constantly working everyday household chores.
She began to paint the age of 50 years, about 1960, encouraged by her son the painter Rimas Biciunas. Since 1966 she participated in exhibitions, held several solo exhibitions in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Russia.
She painted (oil, tempera, pastel) work, rest, holidays, family scenes, landscapes, portraits, stilllifes. Works (traditional flax picking “1967.” The new Vilnius “1976.” The Village “1986.” Armenia “1991.” Grandmother to the spring “1998.
